“Overall a great stay! Staff were very kind & helpful. Safe & convenient location on the oceanfront. Private rooftop pool as well. We did have issues with our bathtub draining, and dirty towels were taken but not replaced. Otherwise a great stay & would go back. ”

“All was good, if you are going to the convention center this place is perfect. Beach is another story, a slight walk. Elevators were not good though. One broke while I was there for my one night. The other 2 you could press your floor and the elevator would forget, one moment you're going up, then all of a sudden down and you have to repress the button. One of the rides I just got off so I didn't get stuck. Woke up the next morning to see one of them out of order.”

“Fort Magruder has the best deal for Williamsburg, hands down. We go monthly to go to Busch Gardens and Water Country—perfect location for both parks. It’s not the fanciest, but the front desk folks are friendly, the breakfast is included, and rest is had. ”

“Property net my needs and was enough space for two. Upgrading the tv would be nice. No streaming available and tvs weren’t smart so no apps. But that’s nitpicking. ”

“We enjoyed our visit. Enjoyed the beach for most of the day. Our room was a short walk from the beach. It is not ocean front but was close enough. Was a little disappointed the pool was not open. ”

“My stay was as I expected. I always clean and disinfectant my hotel room wherever I go, so it was clean enough at arrival. Staff was friendly, nice amenities, convenient to dozens of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed ourselves. Nothing was extraordinary or standout. I did appreciate the option for late check out because we were exhausted.”

“It was conveniently located for visiting Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The room was clean. We arrived on Thursday. The included breakfast on Friday was sparse compared to other Best Westerns. Not a lot of options for gluten free, no hot food unless you microwaved the breakfast sandwiches available, not even hard boiled eggs. The coffee was good, but only one sugar free/diabetic option and no half and half. There was a large variety of creamers but not simple half and half or lactose……

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn. The place was clean and secure. The people were very friendly. The breakfast had more than enough food. Our room was cleaned promptly at our request. We felt like we were at home. ”

“Front desk person was wonderful. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel before heading out for our event. It took an hour to prepare 4 sandwiches!! Way too long and way overpriced. ”
