“The Casa Sendero de Mar was perfect for our group of eight. The house was as described and communication with the owner was outstanding. I would definitely recommend staying here with a large group of friends or two families. The bedrooms are spread out nicely so you can achieve privacy when needed. While the beach down the path out the back is pretty, that is not where you will want to swim. The beach club nearby (car or golf cart needed) has a great pool, beach and food. Having the JW nearby……

“If you are looking to see wildlife, this is your place! The layout of the property is wonderful. We explored the rocks just off the beach and found a tidal pool. Love that they compost and only replace towels every other day. Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!”

And Alexander was a great host, very helpful with advice, excursion bookings and even booked us a chef so we could enjoy the wonderful accommodations even more. Cleaning staff was amazing, even did our laundry. This was a wonderful way to start our vacation in Costa Rica. It was hard to leave!”

“This home is just as beautiful as the pictures. Inside and outside. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing from the inside view or outside in the pool or deck. Rooms were clean. Only thing to be aware of are geckos which are common in the country all around. They sometimes slip in the home and may alarm you but are harmless and disappear. It’s a little challenging to find the property on some gps so we used the wipeout hostel as our guide to the entrance road. Overall great stay!”

“We stayed for 3 nights in May. We were met by Yosue who was the concierge upon check-in. He showed us the house and answered any questions that we had. His communication prior to us arriving was very helpful. Yosue gave us directions to a perfect spot for parking for Manuel Antonio park. I highly recommend this location. “This house is absolutely perfect for big families. Everyone has their private space while also having large common areas to share with each other. The “casita” is a plus of this rental. An independent 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment ideal for teenagers or a couple with kids. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach (about 200 yds) and great amenities (kayak, paddle board, boogie boards, bikes, board games, and more!) Definitely coming back. “House is perfectly located on a clean family friendly beach with fun waves out back. The house is clean and roomy with a clean and functional back yard including a pool. The pool is nice to cool down in after coming back from beach and or a surf. We were able to grill out on the new terrace on the side of the home which was perfect for a evening at the house. The three large bedrooms with each one having its own bathroom upstiars is optimal for families and or friends to stay in comfort and……
