“I thought we would be at the Simonton Street location. I was unaware there was a Frances Street location. That should have been made clear to us, because we were separated from our friends and had a much longer walk to Duval Street. Also the Frances Street location had NO WATER to offer when it was a very hot and humid day! Finally, there was some breakfast food items left in the outdoor area for a while before it was cleaned up. ”

“类似青年旅舍，酒店门脸如同民居但进入大堂别有洞天，大堂提供免费星巴克咖啡可自动选择，早餐简单丰富，一早围着院当中的泳池看着满眼的俊男靓女吃着早餐，很是享受的。 酒店似乎两层，我们包下了楼下其中一间，里面3张上下铺，干净舒适。只是房间门直对泳池隔音较差，一早会被岛上的宠物大公鸡叫起床。 周边运气好可以找到免费车位，哦，泳池共3个，其中一个温泉冲浪的不错，晚上那杯酒泡下，很是不错。”

“酒店一般，比较简单。厕所有点味道。工作人员很友善，酒店地理位置还不错，走路可以去海滩，附近也有很多餐馆可以选择，开车出入还算方便。”

“We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this gorgeous bed and breakfast. Our room (Key Lime) was beautiful, quiet and surrounded by tropical gardens. A delicious hot breakfast was served in a garden, and a small buffet of cold items was out every morning. The inn is just beautiful and we highly recommend. We will return.”

“Mirror in bathroom is not functional and lighting above mirror was flimsy and loose. Ceiling fan blades are in need of a serious cleaning. Shower faucet handles are loose which makes it difficult to turn water on/off. Lack of lighting at the house entrance door creates a hazard climbing the stairs and entering the home. ”

“Kyle was very friendly & helpful since we were late arriving. Our room was super clean & the Inn was very quiet & comfortable. We will definitely be back & highly recommend Davis House Inn. Our only suggestion would be there needs to be a door of some type going into the sink area to prevent the lights bothering those who may still be sleeping. Other than that, this place was great!”
