“Great area.. walking distance to beach..room was clean and a nice size..when we arrived the office was closed but we were given clear instructions on how to enter our room without any issues..they even allowed us to stay an extra hour without paying any late checkout fees..I would definitely recommend this place to others!”

“Booked this villa due to price, location, but primarily facilities in property, such as themed kids rooms, games room pool and cinema as we were a party if 11 wanting space and entertainment. A.phitos on booking site did not do the place justice - it was amazing and the resort facilities such as lazy river, slides and club house were an added bonus. “We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny……

“The peaceful nature reserve surrounding the property was incredible full of birds that we didn’t recognize. Swimming in the private pool after a full day of theme parks was so relaxing .”

“The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!”

“Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...”

“First time staying off Disney property. Pleasantly surprised that we saved time by using a rental car, parking in Preferred Parking ($20 extra), and avoiding the whole internal transportation nightmare. Took us half an hour max each way, including parking and walking. Thinking back to our resort stays, we walked about 10 minutes to our resort bus stop. Then waited 5 to 20 minutes for the bus. Then a 10 to 20 minute ride to the park. Then another 10 to 15 minute walk from the bus stop to the……

“Original description made it sound like the pool was in close proximity to the unit along with being able to watch the sunrise. Not so. While the walk and crossing the street to get to the pool was not a huge distance, it was further than we wanted to walk. The Gulf was beautiful, the sand was HOT and rough walking on it barefoot. All in all we had a wonderful time. Weather cooperated and we returned home to a 25° temperature difference. We are already talking about next year.”

“Our three adult sons and their families joined my husband and I for a quick family get away to Disney. The location of this house was ideal! Quick drive to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all of the necessary utensils. Our granddaughter loved the Princess themed bedroom as well as the Harry Potter themed garage! The owner Jane was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!”
