The hotel is very nice, the suite we stayed in needs a rug change, or the hotel maids need direction in how to vacuum a rug - crushed cheerios along with a lot of sand on the rug, floor around the credenzas needs to be swept, old cheerios and additional crumbs lying on the floor. Afraid to walk with bare feet in the room. Staff was helpful and nice upon check in. Need to relocate the area for Nube, very inconvenient to tie up an entire elevator for that restaurant/bar on the 26 floor.

The room was amazing, staff was very helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beach across the street. Cons: not enough elevators for the number of floors/rooms. They have 4 but often you waited to get on the elevator. Pro tip- uber, as parking daily is expensive! And buy a cheap beach umbrella from one of the shops, its less than paying $30/day to rent one! Get there early to get your beach chairs!

Absolutely loved staying here for a quick getaway with my sister. Rooms were spacious sand comfortable. Lobby bar is great. Service members were welcoming and accommodating. Rooftop bar wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Ambiance and views yes, crowd and energy not so much. Could've been an off night!

The property itself was great, they are undergoing some construction so the check in area was not right as you entered. It also took a few minutes and asking someone to even find it, the valets were useless and couldn't be bothered to help and there are no signs to direct you. They also block one of the elevators for the restaurant on the 26th floor which makes it more difficult to get up to your room quickly.

They changed the room without notice or option. Room was reserved for two guests and only had two towels, toilet paper was not changed and garbage cans had no bags. Was supposed to get a beach front room and received a partial beach view. No apologies or accommodation was made, was technically told that that’s what happens when you book through a third party. They prioritize people who book directly with them. So they do not uphold agreements with 3rd parties. The pool area doesn’t have sufficient seating-lounge chairs for the amount of guests they take in. The elevator for beach access doesn’t work. The Gym AC didn’t work nor the AC in the women’s bathroom next to it. Gym is also limited in space. Room service stops at 9pm. They took our order at 8:20pm, called back around 8:50 to tell us they would not be fulfilling the order. There were many Managers and staff that were accommodating and apologetic, but the expectation is that the complete staff behaves hospitable; many of the front desk staff were rude and could even say disrespectful. My card was declined due to standard security reasons, they automatically put a hold on the release of my vehicle from valet, even though I immediately went to the front desk to make payment. They ended up double charging me and when I left to get my vehicle they had not removed the hold on it even though I had made payment hours ago. Overall the WORST experience at a hotel I have ever had. You expect a lot more from a Hilton.

I have stayed at this hotel for about 15 years straight, two to three times a year. The furnishings in the rooms are looking worn and stained. Our sofa had a big slit in the fabric. The hassock was ripped open and the rug was stained and dirty. We continued having problems with our room keys. We had to get 4 sets of room keys during our 6 day stay. Valet parking is very inefficient and slow. We do love the location of the hotel and the beach service that Milo and Will provide there.

The beach Hilto is a wonderfull hotel. Suites are particularly excellent. The beach was not well kept however. The local government is at dault but the hotel should motivate them to do there jobs. Guest rooms pay $45 per day resort tax! The beach should be clean.
