The staff at reception was very good and helpful, the staff at the buffet ( except for some chefs) was not helpful or attentive, food was not that great either. not much options

Check in was good and simple, hotel clean and room was big and clean and cold....I would stay here any day...breakfast was fantastic and plenty of options for anyone picky...anyone complain about this hotel is super picky or a complainer at heart. Stay here at a great cost.

It is a bit of a mausoleum , very 90's Vegas vibe, but the biggest glaring error is no bar..... The rooms are dated, nice views, dining in hotel is good but super expensive. There is a local market just across the bridge which is great, and a few very good local restaurants including a Japanese and plenty of ducks options. For what we paid it was ok but not 5 star

When you get there buy the vip package for $410. That will give breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet, chefs are great best food.

Check in and check out not so good…the reason is English illiteracy. Check out took over 25 mins Room upgrade was nice which also gave me access to free decent meals Suite itself was very impressive. It even had a massage chair Tv programs mostly Chinese, unlike international hotels where at least few international channels are available Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were rich The surrounding area is boring and required taxi to go somewhere interesting Shuttle bus to canton fair took very little time, around 10 mins which is a real advantage Overall stay: positive
