“Fantastic place to stay, like the fact that they have natural ventilation and also choice of turning on the a/c or not. Feels clean esp there's no carpet in the room. ”

“顯示酒店進入口位置不清晰.入口似一般商場.應該做多一些顯示給遊客清晰.職員可以的話可以帶多點笑容.”

“The room is equipped with basic facilities but is fairly comfortable. The toilet is a bit small and with only a non-separated shower, but it is overall clean and tidy. The room could be a bit hot during summer days as there is no air con, but the bed is good enough. If there are more chairs in the room, it would be great. ”

“Everything was average,only one stop to Copenhagen airport is most convenient to me.”

“I like Citizen M as a hotel and recently stayed in Miami, I like the aesthetic and environment. Staff at Copenhagen hotel were great, lady that checked us in was so great and welcoming. Breakfast was good, good range of choice, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, hot food, pastries. My only negative was there was still hair on the shower and bathroom floor, hopefully just a one off but not the nicest start. Other than that the location was absolutely perfect at Town Hall Square and couple of stops for hop……

“The pods were small, but very quiet for sleeping EXCEPT for a 1am fire alarm caused by someone smoking weed in the hallway. That was the only negative issue as the rest of my stay was clean and enjoyable.”
