“Everything was perfect. From check in to check out! There are four pools and each has its own charm and menu! We spent time at all but the spa. The new Conchilla pool had a great mellow vibe and menu. The room was really nice. We had a king lake view. Great location. The bathroom definitely could use a remodel but it was fine. The bed was firm and comfy nice soft sheets. Dog friendly but bring your own bowls because they are not provided. Lots of activities for the kids but definitely is……

“I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. ”

“Dane was SUPER helpful when we checked in & was able to accommodate an early check-in. Additionally, he was able to find a room with a refrigerator that was close to the pool (#142). The pool was very refreshing in the afternoon when it was close to 100°. The water was clean, as was the pool furniture. The room itself was to be expected and was just a place to sleep in overnight. It did have the smell of cigarette smoke covered up with disinfectant. The shower only had 2 temps: hot & scorching……

“My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and we really enjoyed ourselves! I loved the style and how many areas there were to relax and have our own space. The hotel had a very comfortable, chill energy and the service was excellent. Really loved the shared kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks- it really came in handy! It is also a great location, with food options and an ice cream shop across the street. Definitely coming back! ”

“I must say I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this cottage. Check in was easy, the cabin was clean, plenty towels ,bedding, cookware. There is no laundry facility as noted in amenities. There were a few cracks in the floor tiles, which was no big deal to me. I had my own DVD's for living living room TV. The grounds could have used some attention. My only issue was the faucet in the Shower dripped continuous. The faucet handles could use some replacement. I will be staying here upon my return to Big……
