“The house was just as described. We had a small graduation party for my son and his roommates after graduation at TAMUK. We had more than enough room, the house and setting were perfect. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Kkngsville area.”

Property manager should provide a welcome manuel explaining the house rules and other information as is commonly done at other properties. Heating was inadequate and it was uncomfortable. Shower was hot and good.”

“Casa de Samuel is the perfect getaway. Within 10 minutes of our family which was important for us. The grounds are inviting, lovely little corners for morning coffee, afternoon lunch, and a glass of wine or beer in evening. The cottage has everything you need and a fun selection of games. The hostess is as delightful as the cottage.”

“This property is very nice & clean. It is comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The deck is a great place to sit & enjoy the sunrise. The only negative is they don’t want you to flush anything other than natural waste, not even toilet tissue, due to rural septic system.”

I highly recommend this house for staying in Baffin Bay Area. Will always check availability when we come down!”

“This is our second visit to the property. The first was before the recent updates and I will say it was a difference of night and day. Separate living spaces made if easy for our two families to enjoy a long weekend together. Cheryl was an outstanding host who responded almost immediately and was most accommodating. I would not hesitate to book again and plan on doing so.”

“I will probably NEVER use VRBO again ... when I tried to check in to get instructions for address and check in. I tried 18 yes EIGHTEEN of the codes you sent to my email to VERIFY me .. and 18 yes EIGHTEEN times it said INVALID CODE!!!!!!! Only my God helped me... I contacted a friend who lives near by to help me find who owned and how to get in. OTHERWISE i would have sent my payment and had NO idea where to go or how to get in. Your "service" was AWFUL!! I will use any other before I try VRBO……

“As close to the Bay as a drive to your local grocery store. A great place for a family getaway. Son just got back from Navy deployment and our family got together to enjoy one another. Plenty of room to play games, sit out on porch in the morning drinking coffee and experience the cattle roam. Excellent ”

“Rented this house with a group of friends and their young kids and all of us loved this home. It was very secluded and we didnt see a single person out there, which we loved. There are 2 small hills going down to the water so it was a little bit of a work out going back and forth from the water to the house. The house also doesnt have a pier. Overall, this house was great, had everything one would need, check in and check out was super easy, and the host was very friendly and answered any……

“If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay right by the lake with private pool this is the house for you any questions the homeowner will address quickly and in the friendliest way but honestly this house has everything you and your family will need from comfy beds and couches to plenty of outdoor seating to watch the kids enjoy the pool plenty of property to roam around deer we’re walking right outside the backyard huge fenced in yard really was an excellent experience can’t wait to stay……

“I left my keys at the check-in counter and thought I had lost them. The whole staff did a wonderful job of hunting them down the next morning. Due to to shift changes no one knew where they were. The morning crew got it figured out and returned them to me. Fabulous job everyone!!”

“The staff is always customer friendly. Often, like Ms. Soon Mi with House Keeping went out of her way to show me the shortest way to my second floor room and when it was still being cleaned allowed me to place my clothes and luggage in the room anyway. Kindness like this is why I return again and again. Rooms always extremely clean, too. ”
