“The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. And the garage isn't gated and is public parking which can make things a bit uneasy with a rental car. Other than that the location is excellent and close to everything; downtown, Montross……

“We frequently stay at property rentals. I enjoyed that they had more than just the basic roll of toilet paper and they have the house stocked with actual kitchen supplies which was awesome. The property was also very clean. My only complaint is the advertisement made it seem like we had a private backyard and the unit is a duplex so we thought the unit below us was empty and we could just cut through the unit. There were occupants staying down there. One to have both units being used at the same……

“I cannot say enough great things about this vacation rental. My family mostly stayed there at night since I had a hospital stay. The owner was easily accessible via cell. I plan on using them again for my next surgery. They go above and beyond on all aspects.”

“I had 2 appointments at MD Anderson on a Tuesday and Thursday at the main building and Mays Clinic. 5 Minute drive. Great location for the ease of getting to the Medical Center. The apartment was perfect. We would book this location again.”

“Stayed 4 days for our son’s Robotics competition at the George R. Brown Convention Center. George, the host, was very easy to communicate with and responded extremely quickly to any request. The apartment is really quiet and comfortable. Nice amount of space for a 1 bedroom apartment. It has secure parking, some great restaurants within very close walking distance, and was only a 7 minute drive to the GRB Convention Center. If we are back there next year for the World Championship, I will……
