We loved the pool and dining options. You don’t really need to leave the resort. The spa was incredible with the salt cave, snow shower, sauna and massage. Little irritations with the room. We did not have daily clean service and there was a night light that would not shut off.

It’s a massive hotel and beautiful . The fresh flowers all over the hotel were a nice touch. The issue I had was the room it self, it was dusty and the door going to into the toilet was dirty. Could see dust all over the lamps the furniture etc. I spent a good hour after getting into the room, dusting the room. Had to clean the glass door. The shower cap was made out of very cheap material, it broke the first day when I tried to use it. With how luxurious this hotel is, they should be paying attention to such details. Overall it was an amazing stay, it’s a beautiful luxury hotel.

It was clean and new. But first impression is walking into a room that is the same shape and size of any standard Hilton or other hotel room. After staying at Wynn before, we thought a high end hotel would have a larger room and bathroom like Wynn did. But not at FountaineBleu. It was clean and new and nice, but for a premium price, we were disappointed. And then our casting to the TV wasn't working on their system and the facilities guy fixed it for one day after 30 minutes, and then it failed again the next two. So we couldn't play music in the room since they don't have any other speaker. And our maids never came one day despite calling twice during the day. It was a very busy Memorial Day weekend, and they comp'ed us some money due to the problems, so that is the excuse and at least they did something. It was so full there were lines at the elevators sometimes and a lot of guests were upset about that. If you are young enough, a lot people seemed to enjoy their outdoor club during the day at a separate pool there. And Komodo was an excellent in-hotel restaurant, and Mother Wolf restaurant there is one of the best Italian places I've been too, including many in Italy. We LOVED it. Everything we had was EXCELLENT and I was there with a former chef who agreed and loved it as well. Don's Prime steakhouse there was OK, but I wouldn't go back and would find a different place. Steak was good but everything else was just OK or not great.
