"The hotel is about 5 minutes waks from Milano Centrale Station. The surrounding areas are quiet, and yet there are some restaurants nearby - from pizza, pasta to cafe and ramen. The room is clean and tidy, but only have a shower. We're a family of three, the extra sofa bed is big. There is a dining table in the room, which is good. However, there was only one chair! We needed to ask the frontdesk for an extra chair. Also, the chair is all wood and not very comfy to sit on. We noticed that the table had not been cleaned daily. Breakfast is quite nice and range is good."

"It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time."

"Stayed one night for vacation. Room was upgraded. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good with quiet choices. Next to the metro station. Walking distance to main tractions. "

"The thermostat of the air-conditioner in the room don't work, temperature set at 22 degrees but the room was at 17 degrees the whole night. Bedside handheld phone not working, need to use speaker to talk. Lighting with broken light bulb. Room service breakfast provided with empty salt mill, ordered 2 omelettes and only provided 1 set of cutlery."
