"We were a large family but there was plenty of room for us all (10 and babies). The location was perfect for anywhere you wanted to go on the island and the house met the highest standards. We had everything we needed for cooking, for washing and for the beach. One hiccup was we lost air condenser the first day but the owner resolved it right away. Not a problem most would ever encounter. Oh, and we laughed at the goats, cows, and birds interacting next door. A calf was born the first day. And...

"I came with my group of around 30 and we had such a lovely time! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and we all enjoyed the closeness to the beach. Also, the host were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Maui!"

"Thai is a fabulous location. Truth about how close to beach! Our only issue was there was no table to sit at inside. No table for cards or coffee. Outside wasn’t always appropriate. Major construction going on next door was an eyesore…"

"This was our second time staying here. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for the beach as well as a well stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee, spices and oils. The views are amazing. We spent many nights star gazing and the days in awe of the mountains and ocean views. Wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay."

"This place was perfect for our family of 13. Kihei was the perfect place to stay at on Maui - it was close to everything, and Kihei itself was beautiful and had plenty of amazing food options. Our host was so friendly and accommodating. We didn’t need much from him because we had everything we could possibly need when we arrived. I wish we didn’t have to leave we could have stayed there forever!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable - perfect for our family of 5. There are gorgeous views from the front (where you can see and hear the ocean!) and the back (where you can enjoy sunrises over the mountain). The beach is even closer than I had realized, and we loved walking there every evening to watch the sunset and the turtles that come to shore. The pool area is beautiful as well. All in all, this was the perfect place for our family’s Maui vacation!"

One night we counted 36 turtles on the beach...mornings on the deck were glorious. The house is stocked with more than we expected and plenty of room for all of us. "Clean, modern condo on a great location. Beautifully kept grounds. There’s a putting green right outside the back door and it’s only a few more steps to the pool and beach. Easy and open parking. "We came as a family of 10. 2 grandparents, 4 parents, 4 teens. This house fit us very well. It is as described in the listing, but so much more. Generous supplies (bathroom, kitchen, pantry, laundry, linens, bbq, including bath/beach towels), games, books, boogie boards, beach chairs galore, comfortable furniture, very clean, working order of all utilities. Our property manager Brinton was promptly and kindly accessible for questions (answered immediately), excellent recommendations and reponses...

"The decks and lanai should be hosed down. Base boards and windows cleaned. Better cooking pans. I wasted some food because of one of the pans. Phone number left for manager not avail. The closet downstairs that is locked. Not for guests. The light was on the whole time. I tried emailing because I could not get the manager’s number. No response. I put a pillow over the door at the bottom so I could sleep. The stay was awesome great location. Comfortable. I’m not sure if I ever received the local...
