"I enjoyed my stay at this resort however there were a few details that threw me off, such as the reuse of plastic cups for all types of drinks, didn’t exactly feel the cleanest. The other thing was the food, it wasn’t always hot and fresh, most of the time it was cold."

The only thing which was concerning for us(very rare services to be used) was in Hotel Doctor services. Those were overpriced medicine as compared to the pharmacy just few steps from the resort. Seaweed big issue and beach has rocks underwater not visible as you enter water. Water shoes highly recommended. Lots of water activities. Pools were great. "

"We liked that the property was very clean and it had an option for booking a Villa which was ideal for us since we had a family of 2 with 2 toddlers. They were able to play in the living room together and had a large space to run around. The hot tub in the patio area was also a bonus. The restaurants had great food and there were lots of options. "Once again The finest cancun delivers nothing but excellence.
