“We loved our stay. Sitting on the back deck watching the fish. It was very nice. Every hotel room looks the same - this was something completely different.”

“We wanted somewhere different to stay during our vacation to Miami so we picked this boat. We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. We got a lengthy legal document to sign the night before arriving, we looked it over and signed it at the last minute. The boat was picked up, but seemed a bit musty - our allergies kicked in right away and stayed a few days afterwards. A few things were a bit aggravating: coffee……

“The boat is adorably renovated and user friendly. Rose is a fantastic host and was a pleasure to encounter. She checked in and made sure our stay was wonderful. The boat is right off Los Olas, within walking distance of most of my destinations. I rarely moved the car. I would be happy to return again.”

“DONT WASTER YOUR TIME!!! OWNER IS HORRIBLE. BOAT IS OLD MANY ELECTRICAL ISSUES. Boat died while we were on the intracoastal and and we were in a dangerous place with many boats coming close to hitting us. Thankfully after an hour of being stranded my captain who I hired on my own was able to get us out of danger. After paying through some rogue payment option for extra insurance the owner provided, all of my accounts were hacked and now owner is making threats. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME . Find a……

“Was told we could not stay as there was an active rodent infestation and we had to make other last minute plans. ”

“Pros: 4 minute walk to the beach, easy access to public transportation, bus stop is literally outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, downstairs restaurant is very convenient. Cons: Room has an unpleasant damp smell, bathroom is very small, the sink was too small to use without making a mess. The building could really use some upgrades. But overall a nice stay.”
