“Beautiful view of the volleyball courts and the ocean from our room. My mom is handicapped and can not sleep laying down on a bed. We requested either a recliner or a sofa which she could possibly sit up while she slept. We didn’t receive either. We even asked for these items under the special request when we booked our stay. To say the least my mom didn’t sleep well for two nights. She sat in a blue chair that was in the room. Which was not very comfortable for her. Other than that the stay was……

“The room was amazing, staff was very helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beach across the street. Cons: not enough elevators for the number of floors/rooms. They have 4 but often you waited to get on the elevator. Pro tip- uber, as parking daily is expensive! And buy a cheap beach umbrella from one of the shops, its less than paying $30/day to rent one! Get there early to get your beach chairs!”

“Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet has a good variety with two omelets stations. Staff are friendly at the restaurant and bar. Front desk were not too helpful when the Valet parking refused to take our car, they claimed that they are at full capacity. The hotel has no parking on the premises, they asked us to go to other hotel 2 blocks away and park there. I don’t expect to do this when I check in and I never heard of that before! ”

“The staff at the front desk were SO RUDE and not able to accomadate ANY of our request. The walls are paper thin, we could hear kids runnig on the hallways at 6 am and screaming in their rooms. So much for peaceful getaway. Won't go back even though the area is so beautiful. We will try another place next time.”

“Drape curtain was broken from the ceiling. Door knob of communicating room was broken. Cabinet door covering fridge was broken. Smelly hallway coming from carpet. ”

“Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.”

“Pros: 4 minute walk to the beach, easy access to public transportation, bus stop is literally outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, downstairs restaurant is very convenient. Cons: Room has an unpleasant damp smell, bathroom is very small, the sink was too small to use without making a mess. The building could really use some upgrades. But overall a nice stay.”
