“This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response”

“Had a fantastic 2 weeks at Klaus's villa. Great communication before we left and checked everything was ok whilst we were in villa . The location is great in a quiet spot in a very nice estate. My kids (in early 20s) wanted to go to Disney and with it so close they took an Uber and was reasonable . My wife and I pottered about visiting local sites of interest. Louisa state park just 5 miles up the road and it was very good. So many nice spots like that . Supermarket less than a mile away and……

“Easy reservation from start to finish. Great communication with all involved. Villa was very clean and a generous supply of starter items needed to feel as if you were home, saved a trip to the store. The pool and spa were great, perfect temperature and we were able to watch the Disney fireworks from the spa. Beds were very comfortable and the two Disney rooms were decorated so nicely. If you have a two families traveling togother, this would be a perfect spot to stay, plenty of room.”

“This property was fantastic. It is equipped with everything that you can think of and spotless. Beds were super comfy. We had a very hot week so the pool was used every day and in the evening. The kids loved it. Check in was a breeze and location was out of the way but not too far from attractions. Any issue or questions were dealt with in the same day. The owners were great. Quiet neighborhood. Hoping to go again.”

“We enjoyed our stay in clermont. The house was inviting from the moment we walked in. The heated pool and hot tub was a hit for everyone. We spent lots of time outside just enjoying the quiet and watching the birds and sounds. There is a Publix right down the street if you need to pick up groceries. If I find myself in this area again I certainly will try and book this house.”

“This villa was just on the border of Spanish Springs close to Lake Sumter. It is an older villa. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels and linens. Master bathroom is very small. In my opinion, I think it was a bit overpriced……newer villas that are more updated with a golf cart are priced the same as this one. Owners did a great job with the new flooring through the home. The golf cart was a great to have! It was nice they supplied the garage with a gas can so I could fill up the tank to……
