The housekeepers were lovely. The checkin people were fast and attentive. Room was perfect. The elevator malfunctioned so we were stuck walking up flights of stairs with luggage. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

The first room they gaved me had a heavy smoke stench .The next room had what appeared to be mold in the bathroom ceiling. The room was outdated. Like a motel 6 i was disappointed with the pregnant receptionist she was very rude to me when i complained about the room. My ceiling started leaking at 12am. They offered me another room but i was checking out @ 5am. I will never stay there again. All i asked was for them to take off the service fees which was $130 but they would only take $60 off. Sheraton time square please do better.

First and LAST of my stays here. Property is in TERRIBLE conditions. Upon arrival, had to grab one of the ladies who clean the rooms in the hallway so she could change our linens. They were DIRTY & STAINED. Beds not comfortable at all: my mattress was leaning towards one side with a huge lump on it. Bathroom needs a huge update as well. Noisy, old and a bit discussing would be my overall review… gave it ONE star only because of its location. Don’t stay here… 👎

Perfect location for wanting to be in time square and near the Broadway shows. It was also walking distance to great restaurants nearby like Brooklyn Chophouse

My family was disappointed in the coldness shown by a few employees. Our first night stay in NY was here and it wasn't very pleasant. The beds are not good, my son and I woke up with horrible backaches. It was also the smallest hotel room bathroom I've been to. They offer free shampoo/conditioner and the conditioner bottle is a hard plastic that makes it nearly impossible to squeeze or get the conditioner out. You can also hear everything in the rooms next to yours, every time someone opens a door down the hallway you can hear it. The parking is so expensive. We stayed for 24 hours and 2 extra hours but they charged us for two full days, not the two extra hours. For 26 hours of parking, we paid $170 !!! It is a very overpriced hotel with a sub-mediocre quality experience.
