“Segunda vez q voy, esta vez fui con mi mami para pasar un tiempo juntas, fue un poco tedioso llegar al hotel x la carretera, no podíamos pedir delivery xq cambiaron las condiciones del hotel, si o si debes consumir en el restaurante del hotel o salir al centro a comer… la piscina no estaba en funcionamiento, pero la habitación estuvo impecable y las áreas comunes tienen bonita arquitectura ”

“Amazing stay! The views from our dome were amazing! You are literally on the top of a mountain with views down to the Urabamba river and a glacier on a distant peak. There are only a few staff that work here, and they do everything! From picking you up at the train station and from town when needed (extra fee, contact them through WhatsApp), to cooking a delicious dinner in their small restaurant. This hotel involves switchbacks on a dirt road. The last short stretch is too narrow for a car, so……

“Taypikala is a beautiful hotel with so much greenery and areas to walk around the river and take in all the nature! Lovely restaurant in the hotel with several food options as well. Adderly and Victor were very lovely.”

“I stayed a total 4 nights. Be prepared for a rough 2-hr ride from Cusco to the resort. The safari tent, tranquility, greenery and all made the journey worthwhile. The staff and drivers were professional and helpful. I looked forward to the daily breakfast which was scrumptious and wholesome. Free shuttles were provided to and fro the resort, town and train station. The resort kept my luggage while I made a day trip to Machu Picchu. “The coolest property i have ever stayed. Beautiful panaromic scenery from the room and entire property. The pics of the property on the various websites while beautiful do not do this property justice. The staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Virginia and and Carlos were exceptional host. The dinners at the on-site restaurant were prepared with local ingredients and were fabulous. We stayed 2 nights and wish our stay was much longer.”
