“This was our 10th winter get away with friends. This condo was the best so far. The location was just a short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the pool was great and the manager and owner quickly responded to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this condo!”

“This property has many good features including the location, the view from the balcony, the size of the unit, the furnishings, the building security and the ample parking. It needs to be noted that the second bedroom is an interior room with no exterior view. The AC units for the bedrooms were great, but the fan for the unit servicing the main living area needs maintenance. I recommend this condo for a couple, but I would not recommend it for a group requiring two bedrooms.”

“The place was exactly as expected. John was a more than gracious host from the onset. We committed to the week last minute and every went as smooth as possible. The communication was excellent from the check in process to our communication via email and texts. John recommended a few different things to see and do and they were great. A few of the many positives: there were two elevators steps from the condo door which made life easier, 2 giant ice makers and top notch security. Even the taxi……

“We had a great stay at this beautiful property on Eagle Beach. The rooms were cleanly and spacious, the location ideal, with lots of fun activities for young kids and older adults. We had so many lovely meals around the large dining table and everyone had their own personal space as well. The property comes with lots of beach floats and fun water toys, no need to bring your own. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Lastly we really enjoyed all the security and safety the property offered,……

“Very easy check in. NERIO sent all the information we needed; quick registration with the security officer, codes for the condo and gate. Absolutely 5 star property! Extremely clean, plenty of space for myself and my husband. Kitchen has everything that you need plus washer and dryer. The view from the balcony overlooks the pool and ocean as well as the view from the bedroom. Enjoy a romantic dinner on the beach at Passions restaurant is a must! From the front desk to the service persons to groundskeepers. The fellow guests were even fabulous. Beautiful pool & grounds and owners who truly care about their condos. We even met a few of the owners during our stay and found them all to be just down-to-earth & wonderful people who truly care about their guests happiness. Just……

“The large unit is exceptional, featuring brand new appliances and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. The terrace is fantastic, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco (we ate all of our meals there). Its proximity to the beach (i.e. beach access) is unbeatable, just a brief stroll to the left of the well-known (fun) Holiday Inn.
