“I was expecting worse after reading the reviews on this hotel but it was great. The place had minimal wear and tear (marks on the walls, etc.) but it was nothing crazy. The room was overall pretty clean and the staff was very friendly! Your room will not be cleaned until the 4th day of your stay as mentioned on the website. There is little parking directly in front of the hotel (which you pay $15 for valet to get) or there is parking in a lot directly next to the hotel+across the street behind a……

“The room and view were excellent. I have been staying at The Reef for several years; however , the parking situation is now impossible. They give you a parking permit but the parking is taken by Sharkey’s customers. It has made me rethink whether or not we will return to this property. Hopefully management can resolve this problem so that the hotel will reclaim the parking lot. ”
