“The hotel was in a great location, easy walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and big enough for a family of 6. The rooms could use some upgrades like doors repainted, stove, refrigerator, and washing machines. Loved all the dishes and cooking supplies. Staff was very nice. I liked the hotel had fun activities to do. We would come back again.”

“We stayed in room 404 and found the master bedroom bed comfy but my daughter found the twin bed she used uncomfortable. Also the kitchen didn’t have a wine opener or salt and pepper. They had wine glasses some pot and pans and dishes for more than two people but only two chairs for the table even though the the table is large enough for 4 people to sit at it! They also had no directions for using the tv unit. ”

“First of all, this is Carillon Beach and this is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to including Hawaii. Normally, we stay in a house within the community. This time we decided to stay in the Carillon Beach Inn. The property is worn and in need of a good cleaning and painting. Each unit is privately owned and managed by a local company. We did not realize this. So, some units are better taken care of than others. Ours was adequate but in need of updates. With this resort,……

“A nice resort in a quiet area. Cleanliness was acceptable. Good accessibility to local attractions and water sports. Since this is a condo, don't expect the same level of onsite service as a hotel as front desk hours are quite limited. Sofa bed was not usable and when we requested a replacement, front desk recommended we purchase an air mattress from Walmart (we requested and expected three usable beds when we made the reservation and were only provided with two).”

“We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.”
