“ Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. ”

“Estuvo bien, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, las almohadas bien, el baño bien. El frigobar útil. Nos tocó un momento en que había reparaciones en el edificio y durante la mañana se escuchaba todo el ruido de una construcción pero si no estás en el hotel durante el día no lo notarás”

"Xcaret Arte is the best resorts i have ever been. All the staffs are easygoing and smile to you as always. I have been to many countries and islands to spend my holiday. This time is the most impressive and unforgettable memory with my parents to celebrate their anniversary. The resort has perfect view and culture atmosphere. It not just a resort but an art park. You can choose to attend classes, eat different fine dining, and join the diversified tour. I shared my pictures with my friends and recommended Xcaret to them. I will come time and time again.
