"The location is good, but many things missing in the condo, tools for the kitchen we had to buy...chairs to seat outside or at the pool, problem with tv....the air conditioning filter dusty ......gave health problem.... in the room 2... we had a very good service with the manager, but he couldn’t buy the items the owner doesn’t accept...."

"Overall good value for the money, but the management gave up on the beach upkeep. Seaweed is a known problem in Mexico but in most places hotel at least tries to clean it up. We were hoping to spend some time on the beach but were quite disappointed. Also, Palace Elite is VERY pushy in offering their membership, which completely smashed our desire to come back to any Palace hotels. "
