“The staff at the front desk were SO RUDE and not able to accomadate ANY of our request. The walls are paper thin, we could hear kids runnig on the hallways at 6 am and screaming in their rooms. So much for peaceful getaway. Won't go back even though the area is so beautiful. We will try another place next time.”

“This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The cleaning staff were amazing!!! They thoroughly cleaned the room daily. They will even mop the floors and give you fresh linens. If you just want to swap out for fresh towels and take out the garbage they will also do that, but they always asked if you wanted them to clean and mop the floors. A full breakfast was offered daily. The front desk walked us to our room and explained how we could borrow beach chairs and umbrellas daily for use……

“I stayed in hotel with my mom. Loved everything! The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, rooms are big (except of bathroom) and cozy, a lot of dining options and lounges all around hotel. Food was pretty good. Loved the small details inside the room and all around the hotel - like nespresso coffee mashine, tumblers for water to go, sunscreen and aloe cream for the beach, water to go is everywhere, even wipes for sunglasses (on a water taxi boat).
