As is common, the pictures representing the room were not at all what we got. When trying to contact the hotel beforehand about some of the details, the 2 numbers I called where both redirected to another number at which nobody answered and according to the message prompt, the Voice Mail Box was full, so no message could be left behind. Note however, that the room was a typical standard hotel room, which was fine, it was clean and we had a good stay.

It was ok! can improve and make it the place great! Bathroom was old, can improve the cleaning service. I know it’s not the housekeepers fault , it’s too many rooms to be cleaned by a small number of staff! Bed uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable! We paid for two nights but we just stayed one.

So can't beat the location. Nice and quiet North End, right on boardwalk. Very walkable to excellent restaurants and bars. Hotel staff are simply lovely- front desk personnel are excellent and knowledgeable, housekeeping does a good job, too. Will def. return.

We had a huge suite that we loved. Right on the beach and very accessible to shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. One problem was that we kept getting flies in the room and could not figure out where they were coming from.

The location on the board walk with stair access to the boardwalk from the hotel was fantastic. The area around the hotel is beautiful. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful. The down side of staying here was the parking and the flies. There is very limited parking and the garages are very difficult to navigate with a small SUV.
