For the price it's a bed before a flight..it's old so room shows its age. Questionable outlets and stacked power cords. Door doesn't seal so light and air comes in from outside.

The room i got (room 670) was stuffy and lacked air quality. Literatally had to continuously open the door and use a shop fan to properly ventilate the room

Loved that they provide free shuttle to the San Francisco airport. Customer service not so good, the coffee maker was broken, when I went to front desk to ask for assistance, they weren't helpful, they just said there is no maintenance available, and it was only 4 pm. Also the door of the bathroom was broken.
