"It wasn't too bad. Originally had a room on the 8th which had too much wind noise on it. However, they immediately moved us to a room on the 5th which was much better. Service seemed decent. Room was clean. However, none of the devices through the tv worked (Hdmi hook up/ mirroring for phone or blue tooth). It is an older building originally so for the cost it's a bad go."

"Concierge DONNA was excellent and helped us a great deal, thank you again. Room was basic the coffee facilities were awful nobody offers instant coffee anymore. No room service available. No glasses in the room or water. Very disappointed when after the theatre came back for something to eat and kitchen closed. It took a long time to find an open door. I know the doors said on outside closed after 10 but in a rush to get to theatre did not notice them it would have been very helpful if on check...
