"This was the second time we stayed at the Orchids Hotel and we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great they even remembered us from 2023. The doormen Trung and Ngia as also were very friendly and helpful, whether it was calling taxis or giving us information. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a nice selection of food. The location is great too, we were close to everything. We're hoping to be back in 2025."

"The location was great and the room was comfortable as well as pretty. There were decent Vietnamese and western options for breakfast with fresh ordered eggs and pho which I enjoyed a lot. But what made my stay absolutely fabulous was the staff there, as they were so friendly and helpful, especially Jenny! She answered lots of my questions and provided information even before I reached there, and the restaurants she recommended were affordable and delicious. After comparing prices I got from travel agents, I booked my Ha Long Bay cruise from the hotel as well. Cannot recommend more!"
