“The pool was really cloudy and pretty small. The picture is a little deceiving. A lot of times, there was no one at the front desk. When we checked in we waited 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. But-the rooms are super clean, comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. ”

“Property net my needs and was enough space for two. Upgrading the tv would be nice. No streaming available and tvs weren’t smart so no apps. But that’s nitpicking. ”

“This cute little apartment is the perfect getaway spot and pet friendly! It was super clean and smelled fantastic. The fenced in backyard is perfect to just sit out and enjoy the warm weather, and to be outside with your dog! The bathroom is a great size and beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels were great quality. The living room and kitchen was an added bonus, although we didn’t use it much. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs, offering to adjust……

“Stayed 6 nights. Very quaint and cozy studio. Located in a nice location. Sitting on the lawn in the morning having coffee and watching the dolphins was perfect. Any questions we had was answered immediately.. The building is older as someone mentioned but well maintained. Pool was cleaned every morning. Hope to return someday”

“The place was filthy! We attempted to communicate and the host yelled at us argued we were wrong. Called Vrbo and they said the owner needed yo speak with us and come up with a resolution. After a whole hour an agent attempted to connect us with the owner who did not respond. The host “tammy” called me asking for pics…I sent all pics and she still argued. I was in the streets with my children. We couldn’t stay. I have all pics a video. It was scam and inconsideration. Property not as advertised.……

“Book this property for your next vacation ! The space was perfect for our family… plenty of room to spread out. The sunrises and view from the balconies were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The only negative thing was that the windows needed cleaning and the balcony could have used a power wash!”

“Was looking for a place to stay for myself along with a group of undergraduate students for participation in a competition at the nearby state park. This was a great spot, and the house layout made it easy for the students and I to have separate spaces.”

“Overall, the stay was great. We did have to park behind the house and walk around the house to enter. Street construction is taking place in front of the house. 18th Street is closed to traffic for several blocks, so this is major construction that started a while ago and is not close to being completed. We totally understand the owner has no control of this situation, but it would have been nice to know more than the day before. I would still recommend staying here.”

“The property was exactly as shown. Check in process with easy and streamlined. The bathroom a little tight for a larger person but for me was perfect. Kitchen smaller but I was able to make it work and cook when I did. My walk to the beach was about 10 mins and the restaurants within the block were excellent. I will defiantly be back!!”

“If you want beach front property on Virginia Beach very close to stores, golf courses, and restaurants, Lori's place is for you. She is very accommodating and answers back very fast.”

“The house was perfect for all of us to stay at. rooms were spacious & clean. plenty of fridges and stoves to use. close enough to VA beach boardwalk, NOT walkable, beach was close & clean, not many lifeguards, but nice and not busy busy like VA Beach. Bring own beach chairs, I personally didn't like those ones. but towels are there, must wash , but no big deal. this is in a very nice neighborhood, could ride bicycles. Grocery store was close only 3.4 miles away. I would rent here again for sure.……

“The neighborhood was great - super close to a beautiful park with 20 miles of hiking trails, walking distance to the beach, and many great food options. Very pet friendly neighborhood - our furry friends went with us everywhere. Place was very clean.”

“I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. Maybe he was not happy that day. As a over two hundred dollar room (including tax), I feel a little bit disappointed! Only thing good is it’s very convenient to get to the beach. ”
