“Our extended family had a great stay at this condo and complex. The beds were very comfortable and, of course, the kids LOVED the fantastic bunk bed and kids room. There were some books, toys and games that they enjoyed. We also utilized the BBQ and kitchen. Lots of towels and not an onerous check-out process. There was a playpen, as well as extra beds and bedding. One complaint was that the master shower drain was extremely slow and made it unusable.”

“This was a great location. 15-19 minutes from Tuacahn and not to far from several shopping centers and places to eat. The rooms were great, beds in good condition. Would stay here again in a flash!”

We had a wifi issue that was resolved quickly and with such kindness by Don with Ubiquity. Brittany was great as the host and easy to get in touch with. “This is are third time staying here. Property is nice and close to the big pool. We love their court and private pool. The spa really never worked great (never got past the 90 degree range, likely needs to be updated). Property management was very responsive. The big pool gets very crowded early on so having our pool is nice. I would never stay in that vacation area without a pool.”

“It was the perfect size for my wife and I for our 4-night stay, and we loved how affordable it is compared to other VRBOs in St. George, UT. We loved having the patio door that we could use to leave and come back to the condo without going the long way around. The bathroom is very roomy, especially the tub and shower space. The kitchen has a great set up. My wife and I didn't get a chance to cook because we were running from place to place all day, but as far as we could tell, it had ample……

“This space is an absolute delight! The location is truly perfect 8 miles from my favorite hike in Snow Canyon, walking distance to the grocery store and Main Street! It’s right in the heart of where you want to be.. but the environment of the stay feels like your own little oasis! So much character and love has gone into the property, highly recommend!! I stayed with just me and my dog.. could not be more satisfied with the accommodations!”

“There was a problem with the condo before we arrived. The manager called a head of time to inform us that there might be a problem and was ready to give us a refund before we arrived. We decided to go ahead and check it out for ourselves. We didn't notice the problem when we arrived so everything was good. It was clean and we enjoyed sitting outside in the morning sunshine enjoying the scenery. It was quiet and a very enjoyable two night stay.”
