“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. “This hotel is brand new (just opened in May). The bed and pillows are very comfortable. One thing I don't like about it is lack of an electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. I guess I'm more used to American hotels where there are always some kind of coffee machines in the rooms. You have to walk to galley outside to get hot water. And the water is not very hot. The reason that I chose this hotel is for its location where you can walk to almost all the major attractions in Dublin. There……

“This was a hidden gem. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was indeed ‘cozy’, but we expected this. The room was immaculate and there was not an inch of wasted space. It even included a drop down desk and refrigerator, and coffee station. The bathroom was nice and the shower was fairly roomy with warm water and great water pressure. Although we did not use the restaurant or bar, the spaces looked very inviting. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend……

“We chose the Easyhotel for our 1 night stop over in Dublin because it was in close proximity to the Guinness & Jameson experiences. The staff were very friendly & the entrance area was welcoming. The rooms are small but that fits in with the ethos of the hotel I guess & for a one night stop didn’t really bother us. We struggled with the one incredibly thin pillow we were provided though so I would suggest they offer the option of additional pillows. The area surrounding the hotel looks less……

“Beautifully renovated. Comfortable, convenient. Excellent staff. You will be right next door to the Temple Bar - one of the noisiest spots in Dublin. They provide you ear plugs. You'll need them. They worked fine for me. I slept well.”

“I experienced some difficulty at check-in. The agent at the front desk apparently was unable to pull out my reservation for more than 5 minutes. I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them. Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time. I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).”
