"Very courteous valet service with no hassle in & out. We enjoyed our room. Very comfortable. Only disappointment was the pre-made breakfast tacos that the cafe staff had to microwave...with so much great Mexican food in the city, we skipped breakfast at the hotel and went elsewhere. The hotel's signature scent is very appealing!"

"The property has a very close proximity to the river walk. Close to the cathedral and most of the restaurants. I would come back for sure. Breakfast was lack luster."

"The room is most comfortable. It is quiet as well. Every thing was clean but a glass looked like something was spilt on it. I think this was overlooked every thing else is perfect.Check in is easy and the location is the best when attending the Majestic Theater or the Riverwalk."

"I stayed for 2 nights. Valet parking was great and made it very easy. Staff was also very friendly. The hotel is older so you do have an older smell to the hall ways and the rooms. The room was nice and big. The water pressure was not very good in the shower or the sink. Breakfast was good and coffee was made earlier than the breakfast which is a plus for early risers. The only real complaint I would have and this was not their fault but there was a party going on in the building next door so...
