“有訂早餐,但客服人員卻表示沒有含早餐,後來還要自己寫信給飯店,但已經損失了一天的早餐,雖然後來從免稅店選了禮物,但價值並不相當,亦難補缺失”

“Free shuttle bus from JFK airport to the hotel, free breakfast, two free bottles of water after check in. Staff are nice and considerate. Clean and tidy room. ”

“If was a adequate stay, however, when I checked out was walking out of the hotel, I saw a huge cockroach.”

“Room was good and clean- bathroom a bit small. A/C was easy to use and turn off thankfully. Reception desk was really friendly and the buffet breakfast was decent but a bit crowded and ended too soon. Area around hotel gets pretty sketchy and unsafe- I would not return just on account of the location. ”

“The LIRR noise can be heard in my room on the 4th Floor. The elevator shakes terribly every time after starting. It's good that they provide a Nespresso coffee maker and bottle water. The front desks were frieendly and helpful.”
