We were quickly greeted by valet staff and check in staff. They quickly got us our room two hours early and made the concierge services available to us. "We had a pleasant experience. There is construction in progress but i wouldn't hold that as a negative. In fact, I'd like to go back to see the upgrades. We had a small issue in the bathroom but the staff responded immediately to remedy. Food was excellent. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "
