Customer service all around was good but opportunity to be elevated. For example, the Royal benefits were lacking. We were bothered that there was no policing of people utilizing the VIP Royal space. Hotel should do a better job of ensuring those that pay for that benefit (ie pool, hot tub, space at the beach) are able to……

“An honest review from someone who doesn't usually go to All-Inclusive. We spent over Easter with three kids (7,5,4) and had a blast. The water slides were a huge hit; the beach was very nice, and kids played in the waves and boogie-boarded. The pools were also very nice, and you had choices between the "louder pool" and the calmer one. There were other activities for the kids to do throughout the day, which was nice. La alberca ofrece un magnífico espacio para nadar y descansar, ya sea por la mañana o por la tarde. Asimismo, uno puede salir a caminar o correr y disfrutar delos espacios naturales.”

Desde que llegamos, las personas en caseta no sabían que habíamos reservado por Expedia, nos dijeron que ya debíamos tener contraseña y número de cuarto cuando nadie se había comunicado con nosotros. Además intentaron hacernos el cobro desde varios días antes, cuando la app nos dejó seleccionar la opción de pagar el total el día que llegáramos. El primer día no nos dieron brazalete porque se les habían terminado, pero……
