"I really like this hotel but I was notify one day prior my stay that there was construction going on so I was unable to change my stay I was awake early after getting at the hotel 4 am in the morning. Also housekeeping was outside my door 1 hour before checking out not happy about it! I still do like this hotel! "

"The space was perfect for our stay. Easy check in/out and close to all the Orlando parks. There wasn’t a hairdryer as listed but I was able to purchase one close by which wasn’t a problem. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 was that the bathroom sink was clogged and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Otherwise it was a great place for our vacation."

"Our experience with our host was great, Nesha was very communicative and helpful. The resort has many amenities and is perfect for teens. Our condo was clean and provided a home like space to make meals and relax. We plan to return."

"I booked The Fountain for a week stay over the Christmas holidays and a few days into the stay, none of our key badges worked and we were locked out of the room coming back from dinner around 9pm at night with my 6 year old niece having to badly use the bathroom. The lock on our door was broken and needed reprogramming and it took over an hour for the security police to come and over ride the lock. She checked on me to make sure my stay was going as expected and made sure I did not need anything. I travel a lot and would not hesitate to stay here or with on of the other property managers properties."
