“We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. ”

“This property is beyond any expectation. The estate is situated high on a hill and you can see a birds eye view all across the LA area depending on where you stand. “Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat.”
