After checking in, we noticed our toilet was constantly running and would not flush, sink would not drain and room was overall not clean! We even found an actual metal key in the floor. While sitting on the couch a loud noise scared us and we saw the bathroom light fall out of the ceiling! I went downstairs and spoke to the GM who assured me she’d get us in a better room, only to be given keys to a new room that had not been cleaned so I had to go downstairs again. She assured me she would get me a deep discount from you for these serious inconveniences! This is ridiculous! It’s my husband and I’s anniversary so we are completely annoyed and will never return! This place is dirty and a complete disgrace!

Our room was just dirty. Also this hotel doesn’t believe in putting the actual duvet inside the duvet insert. It’s pure laziness and just so unsanitary. The general cleanliness of the hotel room was not good and the front desks excuse for not properly making a bed was “we are busy.”
