The property was great and conveniently located. However, the beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever had in a hotel. Extremely too soft and hot. Even running the A/C at 65 did not cool us off while in the bed. We spend over 50 nights a year in hotels, but will never use this one again simply due to this fact.

The beds were so comfortable. Probably the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a hotel. The food was great and everything we wanted to do was nearby. The only downsides were we had to ask for towels everyday and no one cleaned the room without being asked daily. The toilet didn’t flush well and the water didn’t drain well in the shower. The water pressure was awesome though.

My only complaint is this facility does not have service elevators for staff. Check out was a headache because everyone was checking out at the same time and the facility only has 4 elevators to accommodate 7 floors. House keeping staff pretty much took up most of the main elevators with their cleaning carts. It took us 20 minutes to catch the elevators to the main lobby when checking out.
