"This hotel was awesome, but the staff really made it for us! They went above and beyond every time. Anytime we needed anything they made sure we had it. They let us borrow a corkscrew to open wine multiple times. At one point I dropped my phone in the sewer grate outside the hotel when getting out of a taxi and the hotel staff tried to help us get it out, even fashioning a makeshift tool to try to pull it up. "Our stay was nice and the room was clean and just what we needed but our key cards were not working the entire time so any time we needed to go up to our room we had to wait for a staff member to walk us up to the room. They even told us they "fixed" the card at one point and we got all the way up to our room and it didn't work. The staff was nice and even called a taxi for us but the key cards not working was really annoying."
