“The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. ”

“This apartment is a good fit for Charleston: quaint but updated with modern necessities. In addition to cleaning and nicely decorating, the management tends to details such as umbrellas next to the door, snacks and coffee in the kitchen, and toiletries in the bathrooms. The wifi was snappy, and we were able to connect the smart tv to our subscribed apps. The kitchen was fully outfitted for cooking, although we used it only for breakfasts. “This charming, quaint and quirky little hotel was delightful! My room was spotless, no issues with check in or check out. For a single or a couple this is ideal location and space. This property is on the outskirts of town close to River and within walking distance to beach and all that town has to offer. I felt safe being a solo traveler. The beach chairs were a nice touch as I had no beach amenities with me. I would recommend reserving your Ubers in advance as there are not any in folly……

“Perfect place to stay for overnight trip to beach! All the amenities in place & looked exactly like photos. Enjoyed the sunset from the private balcony & easily walked a few blocks for dinner. A bit noisy from being in commercial district but plenty of notices this would happen. Will definitely stay there again.”

It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. ”
