"Our suite was excellent but we only had 2 issues during our stay: 1. every morning this was no hot water to our room until after 7AM. 2. their mobile app for room service doesn't work - I ordered a coffee using the mobile app but it was never delivered. When I inquired about the order - they said what order? I responded with the order # and received what looks to be an automated response that they are busy helping others."

"Find another website… Expedia was unhelpful, my protection plan didn’t protect me, and I couldn’t get a refund or assistance with my issue. I called the hotel staff directly. "I requested a room with a bathtub at the last minute, and I wasn’t sure the hotel would be able to accommodate my request. Thankfully, Colette and her manager made sure I would have a bathtub which was very important since my toddler is afraid of the shower. Thank you so much! The room was clean and updated, the bed was very comfortable and overall a great stay."
