“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“After a very long day of travel, we arrived to the hotel which is in a stunning location. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 was ready and 1 we realized was given to another couple at check in. “The hotel was lovely! Perfect location! Easily walkable from the parking garage, piazza bra, and tour bus pickup. Had plenty of outlets for charging devices.
