Well- stocked kitchen tools and beach chairs and toys with plenty of towels. Don’t expect fancy just trust charm and comfort!”

“It was so bad we didn't stay yet the host refused to refund. The building is falling apart and shored up with braces, I have flashes of the Surfside collapse. It's so had that its closed off to vehicles. There's no way I would have been able to sleep there. The beds, full size at best, had a wrong size thin fitted sheet and a comforter, no top sheet even. The futon was worn out as was the entire place! Save the hastle and scrabble of having to find something else last minute. And a substantial……

“Perfect location for our family. Walking distance to the beach and some of the restaurants and shops. Far enough away from the heavy tourist traffic. Lovely pool in the backyard for floating around in the afternoon. Best stay I’ve ever had at Clearwater Beach!”

“Our overall stay was very good. Having the 2 houses with the connecting courtyard was great for our situation. We would have liked to see both houses cleaner, but overall the houses were nice. Great seating on the courtyard. A little north of the 'main action' but it was walkable and we loved it being so close to the beach.”

“From the minute that we got to the Sandpiper we knew we had made the right choice! We had been debating on staying in one of the hotels closer to town and I’m so glad we didn’t. The Sand Piper is in the perfect location, it was so quiet and peaceful and just a brief walk to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful and also peaceful! “Perfect accommodations for family. Location wonderful. Easy access to beach, pool, park and restaurants. Lots of space for all. Laundry facilities were ideal. Rooftop amazing. We had a glitch with internet connection and our host Kate arranged for help immediately! Garage filled with lots of beach toys for all ages. The neighborhood is so close to the beach and yet very safe and quiet. We will be back!”

“Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky.”

“Went with a group of guys this weekend. Place was immaculate upon arrival with easy communication with the host. You have beautiful harbor views throughout the house. All furniture, appliances, and bedding is good quality. You can walk to all the action in Clearwater but the neighborhood still felt quiet. 5 stars”

“The owner Marilyn is absolutely the sweetest. The bungalow is literally a short walk to the beach and with it being in a neighborhood this area is not as crowded as the areas with hotels. I definitely would stay and even refer friends to stay here. She has plenty of beach needs already for ya, chairs, towels, umbrella and a cart.”

“Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk……
