“Was very comfortable. Nice area. Would recommend for someone that wants to relax. Only drawback is owner lives upstairs, so you do hear walking around and a little noise from upstairs. But overall it is worth it for a nice stay.”

Nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was clean with exception of downstairs which had some of the owner's personal belongings strewn about. Spotlessly clean, beautifully restored historical property right in the heart of a neighborhood and in walking distance to downtown. Comfortable beds, art supplies, games, and a well-appointed kitchen. Our daughter didn’t choose the college, but we will be back just to stay here again! Thank you for a truly special property.”

The house was spotless, and well equipped with everything we needed (ample closet space with many hangers was a wonderful plus!). The beds were incredibly comfortable, the space was generous for spending time together (both levels), and the chefs kitchen was a dream to make brunch in. The house was the perfect size for us and the location is right in walking distance of downtown. Kerri was an amazing host as well (the best I’ve experienced so far!).”
