It's a nice place for the money you pay. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived until 30 minutes later. The restaurant needs to improve a lot, but overall, it's a good and affordable place to stay

Property could be a nice place. Beds are fair, room is spacious, and nice bathrooms with a large shower. But they need to improve on cleaning. Bed sheets had blood and urine stains. Floor not swept or mopped. Hot water takes 4 to 5 minutes, shower drains poorly leaving you in an inch of standing water. Heater in the room did not work. Would not stay again unless massive changes were made.

I lost my clothes for cleaning at Francisco hotel,I ask there for returning,but that hotel didn’t replay. Clothes were stolen in this hotel.The worst hotel.Definitely not recommended

The view from the 7th floor was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. About a 45 min walk to the city center or a five min cab ride. This hotel in New York would be $150-200 a night. I paid $30 dollars a night and couldn’t be happier. They even had Netflix so I could watch something on tv in English. Staying at the hotel was an excellent experience and if I’m ever in Cusco again I will be staying here💪👍

The hotel was very nice. Our beds were so comfortable. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but we were only there for a short nights sleep prior to catching an early morning flight.
