“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“Great for relax and stay in the resort. Great facilities. Need more choice for restuarant. ”

“Es importante remodelación de las habitaciones, la bañera debe ser cambiada, al igual que las camas, almohadas y sábanas necesitan modernizarse. Se que estan en esas, espero que la próxima vez que los visite tenga una mejor habitación. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El lobby bar es atendido por personal muy profesional. Juny, Alba y demás son excelentes.”

“Great value for the price. The building is old and could use some remodeling, and updates. The casino has been closed up (not in service) the two times we have been this year and last year . I’m not sure if they are remodeling or what. I did not use the spa so I can’t comment on that. The food was good. We especially loved the bread and crab cakes appetizer at the Seafood restaurant (must have reservation) and our favorite was the Italian restaurant (reservation). I liked having the nacho bar……
