“The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. Would recommend!!”

“if you have car, it's very good choice: 1. the reception desk is very friendly and helpful 2. room is nice, quiet and well furnitured 3. located besides a big casino, very fit for a family's weekend--not for us. 4. basic but good breakfast 5.rate is ok comparing with the normal rate in Geneva. if you have no car and want to play in Geneva, I will not recommend to you. 1. it costs us 65 eruo to take a texi from the rail station to the hotel--it's the only way. 2. there is only a very little bus……

“Staff very friendly, ski rentals shop within the hotel, ski in and out, room made up and cleaned daily, alot of multilingual staff, nice food on offer and parking available on site which was handy, a very enjoyable week skiing ”

“The location is a bit far from the center town. The room is big and clean. Yet, the facilities inside the room are not satisfactory. There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.”

“Petite semaine en famille hors saison. Le camping est bien calme, propre et super sympa. Mention spéciale à la piscine et à l'espace ludique. Les employés sont avenants et souriant. Le restaurant sur place bien pratique et agréable. On reviendra :-)”

“Beau parc de loisir très calme et bien intégré dans une forêt de pins. Les cottages sont confortables, ils disposent de tout ce qu’il faut, sauf la clim. Comme tous les CenterParc, c’est un paradis pour les enfants. Le nom du parc n’est pas usurpé, des daims en liberté parcourent les espaces entre les cottages en broutant. Craintifs, ils ne se laissent pas approcher à moins de trois mètres. Les cottages sont des cubes accolés les uns aux autres, et ne sont pas très beaux. Ils sont trop visibles……

“Acces rapide depuis les environs de Paris Après plusieurs sejours à centerparc la qualité a baissée depuis le rachat par Pierre et Vacance. A l arrivée pas de serviettes de bain dans le cottage preniumalors qu on m avait dit le contraire à la réservation. Les casiersde piscine toujours en panne. ”
