"Location and staff friendliness "

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. Last year was better. I don’t know if last year we got a renovated room but in general the condition of the room wasn’t as good as last time. The tub was stain and old. I noticed a mold odor in the bed I thought it was the linens so i have them change them and still. I am not sure if itl was the mattress or perhaps the pillows. Some of the tiles on the hot tub by the pool were missing, the grout was moldy. We dine at the Mediterranean and the Azia...

"Large property with lots of food options. More than plenty of pool space. The wild (but very tame) animals were a nice touch to the hotel. Would definitely go back again. "

"The drains in the bathrooms stink and the food in the cafeteria was horrible ! But overall the staff was amazing the property is beautiful I would definitely stay again ! "

"The hotel itself was clean and convenient but there wasn’t any space in sea shore to enjoy the sea, all spaces were occupied by hotel canopies. Also since it’s not a private beach, lots of people walk in front of your canopies. Besides, because of sea weeds and strong waves and rocky shore it’s hard to get into the sea. Honestly If you’re trying to relax on the beach Miami beach probably is a better option."

"Resort was beautiful. Everything very well maintained. Grounds were pristine and staff were super friendly. Restaurants were good and if there was a wait, short. Food was above expectations as well. "
